Carvalho Wellness is a functional medicine practice based in Norton, Massachusetts. We specialize in comprehensive blood work analysis, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, genetics, and clinical-grade supplementation. All designed to find and fix the root cause of what is holding your health back.

Our Story

Rafael Carvalho is an active full-time firefighter and paramedic with over 14 years in emergency medicine. Every shift, our team sees what chronic disease, poor nutrition, and ignored lab work does to the human body. We have watched colleagues, strong and capable people, get taken down by conditions that were completely preventable.

That is what drove Rafael to become a Naturopathic Practitioner and Functional Blood Chemistry Analyst. The goal was to combine the urgency and precision of emergency medicine with the root-cause philosophy of functional health and give people real answers before it is too late.

We built Carvalho Wellness because the people we serve deserve more than a 10-minute appointment and a prescription. They deserve to actually understand their own biology.

Why We Created These Supplements

When we started building protocols for our patients, we kept running into the same problem: the supplements on the market were not good enough.
