How It Works

1. Purchase your panel and you will receive a follow-up from our team.
2. Provide your information — we will need your full legal name, date of birth, preferred email address, and mailing address where you reside.
3. Get your labs done — you will be sent to the Quest Labs location closest to you.
4. Review your results — once your blood work is completed, we will schedule a telehealth or in-person results review with Rafael.
